My name is Alice Novello, I am a curator, event manager, and independent researcher based in Berlin.
My focus is on creating space for chosen and unchosen communities of queer people and creatives. My work explores and broadens artistic and sociological questions in a participatory way, engaging with current discourses and practices in local communities, examining their social, aesthetic, media, and political contexts. My research subjects are digital media and cultural aesthetics, affective communities, (digital) flaneurs, utopias and heterotopias.
